In collaboration with NueHealth, University Hospitals, Foundation Medical Group, and ESa, +Detail was engaged by University Hospitals as a consultant to shape the interior design vision for this project. This partnership ensured that, despite the varied ownership and operational models, the health center would embody a cohesive aesthetic that aligns with all activities and service lines offered.

Leveraging Technology to Ensure Brand Alignment with Follio™

+Detail is utilizing their proprietary software, Follio™, to manage design standards for University Hospitals, ensuring that every project aligns with the mission and vision of the enterprise. Follio enabled the team to drive consistency throughout the health center by seamlessly integrating these standards into every design aspect.

The software facilitated real-time collaboration and decision-making, allowing adjustments and refinements to be made efficiently. It also provided a platform for tracking the selection of materials and furnishings, ensuring that each choice adhered to the established guidelines.

Balancing Eco-Friendly Choices with Durability and Cost-Effectiveness

One of the project's architectural gems is the two-story open atrium in the lobby, designed to foster a sense of connection and community. This area is a central hub for all practices, making it the perfect focal point. The consistent use of materials across different spaces, such as the directories and the desks at check-in and check-out points, strengthens the University Hospital brand, reassuring visitors of the quality and care they can expect.
