Kristen Mara, Project Designer

Kristen's passion for healthcare design has always been rooted in the belief that the built environment can be a powerful tool for creating positive health outcomes.

Due to her extensive exposure and enthusiasm for architecture and construction details, Kristen is an experienced interior designer who can take all aspects of a project into account. Kristen is dedicated to creating spaces that are engaging, comfortable, and positive environments. Kristen's favorite part of the process is enabling projects and organizations to manifest their values through the spaces she designs.

Kristen is committed to the profession, and she works hard both to improve her own skillset and advance other designers. She is a Certified Healthcare Interior Designer (CHID) and serves as Vice President of Professional Development of The International Interior Design Association (IIDA).

Outside of work, Kristen loves playing soccer and spending time with her beautiful baby girl and husband.
